RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Most standard, non-personalised goods ordered online may be cancelled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. A pack made to your specification or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. DELIVERY & DISPATCH
Dispatch is by a tracked service, with signature or insurance where available and appropriate. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Where international delivery is offered at checkout, import taxes or duties may be payable by the recipient. The production estimate is separate from delivery transit time; tracking details are supplied after dispatch.
