Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy allows you to return unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or our contact form. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by your purchase receipt. After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
